3. Estimated Shipping Times As Sophinity operates on a dropshipping model with international suppliers, our shipping times can be longer than traditional retail. We aim for transparency so you know exactly what to expect.

Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 8 - 18 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Please note that these are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, public holidays in the origin or destination country, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

At the moment shipping costs are free for all orders!
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Crucial for International Dropshipping)

Important for International Customers: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (VAT/GST/Sales Tax, etc.) levied by the destination country once it reaches your country.

Sophinity is not responsible for these charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated duties and taxes before placing an order to avoid any surprises.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and a restocking fee (if applicable). The remaining amount will be refunded.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

Please allow 3-7] business days for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier and our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging and damaged items as they may be required for a claim.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
